The ice cream here was amazing--great selection too. Stopped here one afternoon after the beaches/pools closed due to thunderstorms. Wish it had rained more! :)

Mixed feelings about this place. They're conveniently located across from several condos. Upon entering, They made us feel like we really put them out and interrupted them from hanging out with their friends. The entire staff was on their phones. They were also out of a majority of their ice cream and to top it off they didn't take credit cards! The staff ended up being pretty nice but it could've been after they saw me taking some pictures for Yelp. Not going back.

So we are in town for our daughters Navy graduation & we all wanted ice cream. Not being from around here we used our favorite review/direction app and found this place. All I can say is "Wow." Banana pudding ice cream you have to be kids on me. It was delish. Too bad there is not one of these in our town! Very very good ice cream (the 2 servers could of been a little friendlier) that's my only complaint.

Delicious ice cream! Plenty of flavors and variations. Had a midnight caramel trail malt milkshake. Mildly heavy on the milk, but I didn't mind; still absolutely fantastic. The only real problem I had was with one of the employees. After her coworker politely approached our party of three and took our first order, this employee decides to stand in the middle of the two ice cream freezers and stare out into nothing. After a somewhat lengthy, awkward exchanging of eyes between my mother and her, my mother politely asks if she can take our order (there are close to 10 people in line at this point). Her response nearly gave me an aneurism:"Oh I was was just waiting on ya'll. I've just been standing here.." She says this like we are the most annoying thing to walk in the store. My mother kept her cool and ordered, while I noticed the other employee looking embarrassed. I restrained myself for the younger crowd's sake, but I had a few choice words come to mind for her. If an owner happens to read this, I'd be happy to provide details on the date and time of our visit. This is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

Hershey is the *only* ice cream parlor anywhere on the west side of town. Just head out Gulf Beach Hwy, and look on the left!

Me and my bf were craving for some ice cream and this was the only ice cream place around. The lady who ran the place was very nice and let us try some flavors. I decided on the chocolate doughlicious which was very yummy. My bf got the cotton candy and enjoyed it since he was craving something really sweet. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm craving something sweet or some hot chocolate.

Don't waste your time and money anywhere else, best ice cream and fudge we found in the area. Also has candy.

As you would hope the ice cream here is fabulous and the selection is plentiful. If you are in the mood for ice cream do not hesitate a moment to support these nice people and get your fix for some frozen awesomeness. They do also serve sandwiches, soups, and hot dogs. The food is pretty solid but nothing crazy (which is OK considering they're primarily an ice cream shop).

Great ice cream, fudge, and atmosphere. Try the Denali in a waffle cone. Worth the drive from Perdido Key.

Had the banana pudding ice cream and my husband had moose tracks. Both were amazing. Very cute show too! Only thing bad (and this isn't a big deal) was the 2 girls serving were cold shouldered. But the ice cream made up for it.

Man Florida, why are you so hot! Quick, quick, I need some A/C and a smoothie to cool me down! Bam! Hershey's ice cream parlor! Pilot, fly to it! This place serves tasty, fresh sandwiches and great smoothies. They also have a wide assortment of ice cream choices. Their Italian beef sandwich was excellent as well as their strawberry-banana smoothies. Sometimes I wish the sandwiches are bigger, but everything is freshly made. Service is great and the servers are cheerful and helpful. Bring your A game guys!

Step into your time machine and visit Hershey's Ice Cream Parlor for a taste of the twenties. There are 32 flavors of Hershey goodness available in waffle cones and bowls. The prices are average to high but the quality of ice cream beats your Baskin Robbins. This quaint shop has a time warp feel from the ruby red leather booths to 20¢ hot fudge artwork. The hot fudge and everything else however, has increase in price since it's inception. Check out the photos for a menu. If you are swinging to or from the beach and need something cold and sweet with no abominable snowman around to coax you - Hershey's Ice Cream Parlor will do.

Good place to stop for a quick snack. They have good service. We only wish this time around that there weren't so many ice creams not available.
