This location is right by my work, so I'm here 5-6 days every week. The coffee is hit-or-miss in my experience, depending on who you have making it. There is an awesome Asian guy who makes everything perfect, but he only works Tuesdays and Saturdays. If he's not working, don't attempt to add any sort of flavor to your coffee (like caramel) unless you want to basically feel like you're drinking straight flavoring. This location is great because there is also a Baskin Robbins inside of it, so you have a wider selection of products than just a regular DD. However, the service is generally quite slow. I'd say it takes an average of 3-6 minutes for each car in the drive-thru to be taken care of, and when there's two cars ahead of you, that can quickly add up (especially if you're on a short break from work, like myself). Either way, coffee is coffee no matter how long it takes to get it, and this location provides everything you've come to expect from a Dunkin Donuts... just a little bit slower and sometimes incorrectly prepared.

Ugh, I hate this Dunkin Donuts. I am not a coffee drinker at all, but I think of Dunkin Donuts as a more reasonable option compared to that *other* trendier coffee chain, and the menu is less intimidating (I can't function in a world where tall=small). That aside I can't help but notice I really haven't had a good experience here. Despite checking in here a few times in the past year or two I have lived down the road, it was my last visit that really prompted me to write the review. I went through the drive through around eleven on a Monday morning (which happened to be national bagel day...and national pizza day, but that doesn't apply here) and ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I'm from New York. I know real bagels, but I can also tolerate lesser bagels, and what I received here was a disgrace to bagels and national bagel day. The bagel was odd and misshapen, which doesn't bother me if it tastes good, but the texture was all wrong. The bagel was dense in all the wrong ways, it reminded me of a day old yeast dinner roll with cream cheese. I usually forgive a bad bagel by focusing on the cream cheese; however, there was barely enough cream cheese on this bagel to taste, let alone to cover up the awful texture. I have had many Dunkin Donuts bagels in my lifetime, and I will admit they are hit or miss as passable, but this was by far the worst I have ever had. I have heard DD recieves all their baked goods frozen and just thaws and reheats, which isn't exactly what you want to hear, but whatever they are doing to reheat here is not correct procedure. On the small plus side the staff here was friendly and I recieved my order quickly; however, I must warn, this is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins hybrid, and if you dare order something Baskin Robins is in charge of you will be waiting a very long time. I speak from experience.

I have to say I used to love Dunkin donuts..... But since I moved from coconut creek I've had to come to this one. Their sandwiches are ok. I do enjoy the croissant with egg, cheese, and turkey sausage. Their coffee though.... I always order a large iced coffee with SF vanilla and Splenda. Their coffee tastes like mostly water and syrup. It's so light I doubt there is caffeine in it. I asked for it to be strong, when I got it tasted like water.... I asked her to make it stronger and there was hardly a difference. Finally I took it and left because I wasn't in the mood. Their coffee sucks! I would rather drive to the one in coconut creek next time.

Love me some dd so close to home I can taste it clean courteous and fast all things I like must have the coconut ice cream so good !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had been patrons of this location for years. However, the last one to two years, the quality of the product has deteriorated. The last several times we were there for bagels, the bagels have been stale. I could maybe understand if we went there late in the afternoon, but this was a weekday at approximately 7am. I have wasted enough money at this location. I have found a location that is consistently serving quality, fresh food, not day old, stale stuff.
