The pizza was good but the brownies were squishy, felt raw and tasted like play doh. This is not worth my money! I made the biggest mistake eating that brownie. Wasn't even edible

I really like this location. Great for the kids. The only thing that was bad was the manager. He was rude and grumpy.

They have foreigners who don't speak English, even when asked question pertaining to the menu, one young lady was completely confused when "chicken wings" were mentioned. In all food service if you can't interact with the guest or customer, you need not be on the floor. The brownies were also mushy and the salad dressing tasted spoiled.

If you like an unsanitary environment, getting food poisoning, and bugs galore.... then this place is perfect for you. The cashier was very nice when I asked for my money back though. Please don't go here. It's not worth it.

We're here in Florida for our family vacation and decided to check out Cici's Pizza, because we seen one in South Jersey -- so, we figured we couldn't go wrong! My first thought... You get what you pay for! A family of four eats for less than $35! ‍‍‍ The pizza selection is great... Pulled pork, veggie, pepperoni, buffalo, etc --But, I'm going to say DiGiorno's frozen pizza quality is better! And let's talk about those brownies... I've heard of moist brownies... But, these things were extra, extra moist... LOL! It's like, they didn't get a chance to set... Can't put my finger on it... They were interesting, to say the least... My main issue with this location is the cleanliness -- and my sister saw someone return back to the salad bar to return onions that were on there plate back to the salad bar! Yuck! Who does that?! It's a buffet! So, I would think the area would be wiped down frequently and the food replenished frequently, as well... Enjoy the pictures!

The prices are very cheap and you can get a theme park employee discount here too. The location is great, the food has changed to a better taste, and the staff members are friendly here. I agree with some other Yelpers about the place being filthy and having issues with some foreign customers. It is not the cleanest place, but pretty decent for the price. I don't come here often cause I don't like it here. My last visit was just to try it out once more. Like I said, the pizza has changed to a great taste now. A huge downfall for me though was when the guy on the other side of the bar pull out a whole pizza from under the counter and place it on the bar....I was like what!! I thought, "How long was that pizza sitting there? Was it covered? Is it in a sanitary place?" After seeing this, I would not come back here or any other Cici's pizza. I would rather find a mom and pop place. I do not recommend this place at because the food did not seem sanitary to eat. Great price, locaiton, friendly staff, but these do not win for a place to eat. Go to Pizza hut or somewhere for better pizza.

When we first pulled up to this Cici's around 9:00pm it looked like such a cute place. It sits aside a mini golf course and has a beautiful waterfall landscape. It was a perfect place for my girlfriend and I to eat a low price dinner. When we got to the counter we ordered two buffets and large drinks and used a coupon that we had found in a coupon book that offered one buffet off with the purchase of another adult buffet and large drinks. The woman at the counter was very nice and took this off for us. Even with this free buffet I wish we would have chosen somewhere else to eat. When we advanced through the restaurant the buffet looked horrible, as it appeared that the front of the buffet did not get wiped off leaving cheese and frosting all over the place, and many of the salad items were unfilled. A worker stood behind the counterf for about thirty seconds and just watched me try to scrape what was left of the lettuce, only to go refill an already full cherry tomato bin. I was interested in the pasta but realized my mistake as there was something black floating in the water the pasta was sitting in. We grabbed what we could and took it to the cleanest booth we could find. We then went to get our drinks only to find that there was no ice in the machine and that instead it was spilling out of the runoff tray and all over the floor. Which then brings me to the issue of how dirty the restaurant was. Aside from the ice on the floor there was food and trash, everywhere on the floor. Not just under the tables but also in the middle of the walkways, leaving people to step around piles of used napkins and pizza crusts. Our booth was barely wiped and there were crumbs everywhere. There was even food on the wall. I watched a busboy wipe another table off, only to smack the food on the table onto the floors and chairs and then leave it there. I then watched a guest attempt to grab a few napkins, but was unable because the napkins were jammed in the dispenser so haphazardly, leaving him to open the top of the dispenser and grab them out that way. It was absolutely disgusting. Another thing that was brought to my attention was just how grimy the sneezeguard on the buffet was. I had to bend over to see what was on the buffet because the sneezeguard was so dirty, that you could not see through it. My girlfriend lost her appetite halfway through eating just because the place was so dirty. We left as fast as we could both because of the state of the restaurant itself and also because of the other guests who were running around in either swimsuits or without shirts on. I love Cici's Pizza, but this place was an absolute nightmare.

Say what? Eating CiCi's whilst in Orlando? Yup. And what's worse, apparently we weren't the only ones, because it was freaking packed. Actually, we didn't eat in, we took advantage of their special, which offered a couple of pies to go, along with some two liter drinks, for a very reasonable price. it also didn't take long - though long is relative when you have some hungry family in the car waiting. Once all items were obtained, we high-tailed it back to the hotel room and rapidly scarfed down just about everything. I think there might have been a solitary piece of sausage remaining, but by the end of the night, even that was gone. In retrospect, it is probably better for some to partake of the buffet - faster and everyone gets exactly what they want. But being able to sit in the comfort of your hotel room, without the screaming kids (that is, other kids) sure is nice.

No idea what the other reviews were all about. Had a great experience, especially for a buffet, and we're picky! ! Everything was fresh and stocked up full. Salad bar had nothing wilty or old looking. Place was clean: floors, serving areas, and tables. Didn't try the bathroom. Guy who rang us out was friendly as was the lady clearing tables. With a coupon it was only $13 for both of us! Guess you can't always go by the ratings :)

FILTHY. I give it a negative star. If there is a health department in this town, they have to be incompetent to allow this place to stay open. I have been to CiCis before and know what to expect, but this place shocked me. I don't even know where to start - it was that bad. I guess safety is first, so the greasy slippery floors are an accident waiting to happen. The tables were heaped with trash and we couldn't find a clean table. After standing awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant, someone finally came and moved the trash from our table to another table, but didn't clean off the table. There were no napkins in the dispensers so I found a table with a dispenser on the other side of the place. Bathrooms were bad. Two urinals, one broken and the second wouldn't flush. Doors on the stalls don't latch either. Wow. Really bad experience. CiCis is off the list forever.

I've eaten here before with the family when on vacation down here and never had an issue. Yesterday's meal changed my mind. Everyone ate plain pizza and I had several of the specialty slices. About an hour after leaving, I got a very bad headache, and another hour, or 2, my stomach started to feel "off". Needless to say, I was up most of the night, using the toilet as a pillow. I finally made it to about 5:30 and was able to stay asleep, until about 9am. I'm going to hold off on Cici's for a bit. If you choose to go, I guess the plain pizza is what to eat.

Cicis are everywhere and it seems like if you've seen one you've seen them all. But (theres always a but) this one was clean and not crowded with kids flinging crusts around while the parents try not to notice. At least that's what I think of when I think of cicis. The manager was at the front and an exceptionally nice person. He had fresh pizzas made at our request and they were simply good. My workout schedule only allows one trip to a pizza buffet every now and then, but the next time I earn the right to eat enough pizza to satisfy a sumo wrestler, I'll be back.

Great! 3 medium 1-topping pizzas for $15.99! "Hello, I would like 1 mushroom, 1 meatball and 1 cheese." "You need to have 1 topping on all of them." "I do. Cheese is a topping." "No. One topping in addition to cheese." "OK. I'll take 1 mushroom, 1 meatball and 1 pepperoni. I'll take the pepperoni on the side." (I'm sneaky.) "OK. That'll be $15.99." Really strange. Enforcing the 1-topping-in-addition-to-cheese policy must the secret to their low, low prices. And they did not put the pepperoni on the side. Pizza was OK. Waterfalls were cool though.

Great pizza, fast service. Clean. Only downside was a lot of tourist, but still plenty of room to eat. Been to others, this one is way better then others.

Great price Great Food ! Waitress was new at the job (first day). Made few mistakes but able to corrected her mistakes and keep her cool. Great place low, low price pizza ! (across the other side of the highway, much more expensive). We ordered pepperoni pizza and sausage pizza, it was quite large for a large pizza both are only $10. Waitress brings to your table. Not complaining for this kind of service and price. I will go again next time i am down there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never return again, not because of the sub par food but because the manager running the place. To begin with, the facility is dirty. As in trash and food on the ground. The food is room temperature. The sauce is bland and the chicken soup is tofu. The manager was the worst part of all. We are a family of five, 4 adults and 1 child. At 7$ for adults and 4$ for children, the total should have been around 35$ with tax. The manager confirmed with us twice, 4 adults and 1 kid? We agreed and that was that. He swiped the card and then proceeds to tell us after swiping that our total is 44$. When we ask why the heck out total was so high, he tells us he added 5 drinks. We said we never asked for that because my family only drinks water. He said he asked us and we said yes. My whole family was standing there amazes because all five of us witness the interaction and not once did he ask that. He tells us it's too late the card has already been swiped. Extremely unprofessional. Shout out to the balloon guy who was holding it down. The only good part of my experience.

Food was fantastic, which was a few different kinds of pizza with a topping/salad bar and few desserts. Honestly it's great bang for your buck. You can easily find a coupon for this place to make it cheaper. I wish Cici pizza was in Washington. The environment was what I expected from the price. Not messy, but a little less than average clean.

Visited this place while on vacation with family since it was very close to our hotel. Mind you its on a busy street packed with hotels and tourists. The food was very good and i liked the buffet since everyone was able to get what they wanted. Also it was very clean and the guy who cleaned the tables passed by constantly and kept everything very orderly and clean. However the one big problem and the reason im writing this review is because i just can not get over how rude the cashier that greeted me was. Having never been here before i was confused as to how it worked and wasn't aware there was a buffet and if i should pick my food first and then pay or what. He just kept asking me what i wanted and when i asked him how it was he was rude and rolled his eyes and just kept saying okay miss what do you want what do you want without explaining to me there was a buffet or we could just order pies. Twice i asked him or a menu and he just stared at me and i asked him how coulf i order if i cant see what food they have and he just kept saying this is what we have but without actually showing me anything or even maybe pointing at the buffet and i might have gotten it? At one point he just completely walked away without saying anything and then came back and again just asked me what i wanted. When he finally explained it was one price for each person for a buffet he seemed like i was torturing him for information i said okay we"ll do that and he's like how many people ? At this point i just about had enough of his attitude and just told him its my group here and he's like how many mam when he could clearly see how many we were and was just trying to be annoying. I have never had someone so incredibly rude at any place when im trying to give you my money. I get that as a young probably student the guy probably didn't give a shit about me or my family but management definitely should be more careful in how they hire and teach employees to talk to customers.

What can I say? I love Cici's, because its a great place to fill yourself with pizza for a low, low price, and it's kid friendly. The only recommendation I would make for this one is to make more pepperoni pizza, because this is the most popular and always seems to be out. However, I do realize if you ask the people behind the counter nicely, they are quick to respond, and will even come to your table to bring it to you, if you need them to. I would never expect much out of any Cici's, except this one takes the cake when it comes to all the ones I have been to.

Be very careful eating here. I got food poisoning and was sick for three days. Lost half of my vacation. The only reason I gave it one star was because it made me give it one

Cici is one of those places that you either love it hate and this one is amazing didn't think the price would be as low as it is because of the location but it is great, can't complain.

Okay, I'm going to be honest & begin by saying that I'm not a big Pizza fan to begin with. So, I have to say, this restaurant's selection of food is mediocre. They have the usual suspects of toppings for pizza & serve it buffet style so it's easy to please a family of four, 3 of which are fairly big pizza eaters. They also offer Pizza desserts. There is a salad "bar" but it's very small & doesn't offer too many choices, but for the price I shouldn't complain too much. My biggest hang-up was probably our cashier. She was not very friendly. She made me wonder why people enter the service industry if they have a natural dislike of people. But I guess it's easy to just ignore her.

John's Incredible Pizza is better than CiCi's Pizza. Yea, it was cheap, $5.99, but it is not worth the price. The quality of the pizza was gross. The only thing that was good was their cinnamon rolls and fountain drinks. I would rather eat fast food than this again. Just save yourself and your hunger, eat some where else.

Ok. Its CiCis....this is not, has not been, and NEVER will be even approaching gourmet. EVER. But this one is suprisingly clean, and uncrowded (must be because it is off season) yet busy enough that everything is fresh. The servers were very nice. I specifically like this once, because you can still make your own salad!!! I hate the ones that have only two pre-made salads. With a BOGO coupon, and drinks it was about $15 for three people. I like the doughy little cinnamon balls.
