Well, I had a Groupon... It was worth that, but I wouldn't go back and pay full price. We were looking for something to do with my girlfriend's son while he was visiting. So for $15, we got sodas, a pizza and I think 70 tokens. Normally, this package would cost $30. When we got there, I think there were only two other families. The place had a very strange smell. Might be what their using to clean with. I don't know. Not a ton of arcade games but enough to keep us entertained for a little bit. There was only one person working there, so she had to run from the counter to get food or to help with machines as they ran out of tickets. We ordered our pizza right away and it would have come quickly, but apparently someone else took it. It was nothing special. Very little sauce and a lot of grease. I'm assuming it was frozen. When we went to cash in out tickets for a prize, no one could be found working. A line quickly formed as well as a large group came in. She finally came back and it took her a bit to get a second person over to help. That was a mess. We just sat down for a while and waited because we knew we weren't going anywhere anytime soon. An ok experience if you're just looking for something to fill time, but nothing great.

I did my son's b-day there, Not bad for the price and for 10 kids, My #1 complain is , when I need more cups they tried and charge me an xtra. $3 or $2 per cup. C'mon be Serious, For real, kids are gonna use a lot of cups. Place looks a little run down. Anyways let banana Jack deal with the mess

Small with very little to offer. Luckily, it was also empty allowing my kid to have a decent enough time. Unlike Chuckee Cheese where everything is a quarter, prices vary quite a bit. Ticket counter is lacking. We didn't eat here, but the prices seemed fair.

Games were okay but it took 42 minutes to get our pizza and the place wasn't busy at all. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

REALLY......? Don't waste your Money Here. It's Not worth it. We Drove a Half Hour to get here and Nothing was working. They wouldn't Accept our Coupon's because of that, They said we could buy the Coins from the machine, which would have been even more expensive. That being said, even if everything was working, the place is small, the Jungle Jim is no big deal, and the are a lot better place's to spend your Money. I never wrote a review likes this...But I wanted to warn people to save Money and frustration!

Pretty much a waste of time and money, only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the food didn't taste bad. But in a nutshell... For a dinner party of 9, food took 90 minutes to come out after we ordered and the restaurant was NOT busy. Throughout our 2.5 hours there, they ran out of chardonnay, one of the draft beers, and several of the menu items. For example, we ordered shrimp and grits - they ran out of grits, decided to sub that for lettuce (making it a grilled shrimp salad). Ran out of sweet potato fries. Four of us ordered the "10 oz" strip steak - three of those were about 5-6 oz. They tasted decent enough, just wasn't near worth the money. I mentioned the 90 minute wait time...about 60 minutes into that, the server (nice girl!) came out and explained that half our food was ready, but they were waiting on rice to be cooked for the shrimp stir fry someone ordered. So we know that for at least 30+ minutes, half the food sat there waiting! Lastly - we still wanted to tip the servers because we didn't feel most of the issues were their fault. So we put 17% on the bill. Not realizing until later that they had already included 15% gratuity and never told us that. So we incredibly over-tipped for the quality of food, service and experience.

Shrimp and grits = pizza sauce and plain white grits with boiled shrimp. Philly steak and cheese = dry slivers of beef with onions sprinkled in. Surf and turf was short half of the shrimp, poorly cooked and the steak was tough. Water was good!

Don't waste your time. Place is rundown and most of the games are broken. Always short staffed and the staff seems like they'd rather be someplace else. Waste ...

Food was just ok, our pizza was delivered .....and eaten before the other half of our order was delivered. They had Mojitos on the drink menu, but had no Mojito mix to make one. Ordered mozzarella sticks, potato skins were delivered and sent back. When the bill came the Mojito that couldn't be made was still on the bill. The waitress was very nice, but service was lacking. The tip for a party of 4 was added to the bill when we got it.
