    Gross. Avoid if you can. The shake was sour, the fries were old. Had to get my money back.

    This was the worst Arby's I have ever been to. Over staffed. Un organized. Cold food. Took it back replaced with more cold food. Cashier stressed out and said so over and over. Overcharged and when I asked why the 2.00 difference he said tax. I said your tax says .64 cents. Then he got the "manager". I don't eat McDonald's but would have been better off. Don't waste your time or money here. Zero star but had to put something to warn others

    WIFI unable to connect, Staff does not have passwords. So now we discover the Arby's really doesn't want people to use their wifi. It's just buy and wolf it down , than leave.

    Really nice service and clean. There are not a whole lot of places to choose from in Limon, Colorado, but Arby's is one of the better places. Sure the food is greasy, but that is just Arby's. One of the workers there, Chris, is exceptional. I'll be sure to stop by the next time I'm in this blink town.

    Horrible experience! The slicer was broken so the old lady at the counter yelled to everyone in line that they were unable to sell any beef (the only thing I ever get). I decided to get chicken strips and a cup of cheddar and when I opened my cheddar cup there was caked on cheese that fell everywhere. It was very unappealing. I wish we would have stopped at McDonald's instead.

    Absolutely terrible. Out of chicken, out of shakes, and out of sub rolls. On top of that, half the tables were filthy even though there were no customers in the dining room. Pass.

    Well... it's an Arby's so it's just another chain restaurant. Although, this one was pretty clean. There's also easily accessible parking for trucks an trailers, which was great for us. There was also a place for the dog to get out, another plus.

    You might be confused about this being quite possibly the lowest rated Arby's in existence but I promise you, their one and a half star rating is well deserved. My first sign that stopping here was a bad idea: their actual sign. It said open interviews every week on Thursday. That's a red flag because it usually means their employees suck. I stopped here anyways because i was on a simple mission: eat a roast beef n cheddar and destroy their bathroom. The roast beef n cheddar was fine. It's pretty hard to mess that up. When I went to the bathroom, however, I found it was not even possible to destroy their bathroom because it had been destroyed many years ago. Toilet paper, hairs of all shapes and sizes covered the floor. To top it all off there were flies harassing my as I unloaded yesterday's Chipotle. Moral of the story is don't go here.

    This was a ridiculous experience. We went through the drive-through on a road trip and waited no less than half an hour for the single car in front of us to get their order. I wish this was an exaggeration. (There's no way we would've stayed otherwise, but I had been craving Arby's all day.) When we finally got to the window, the girl working there was absolutely unapologetic and very rude. I will be calling their corporate office once I get back to civilization.

    DO NOT STOP HERE, If you are hungry and want to get food in a timely fashion do not stop at this Arby's location. It amazes me that the Arby's Corporation even allows franchises like this stay in business. My wife and I waited 43 minutes for two PLAIN roast beef sandwiches, which turned out being cold. The employees and management at this location come from another planet and have no sense of shame, this is more of a place to get some rest rather than to eat.

    We've been waiting for more than 15 minutes and still don't have our to-go order. There's only one cashier and I don't think anyone on the staff is over 16. There are more than a dozen other people standing around waiting for their food. Many have been here longer than we have been and they don't have their food yet either. Some people have left - even after paying. All I can say is after this ridiculous wait, the food better be hot and fresh or I'm going to go sideways.

    Should have read the reviews before stopping. Long lines, slow service, cold food. It took 9 minutes for me to get fries and a shake. I did feel bad for the staff as there were only three of them during a very busy Sunday lunch.

    Having worked fast food in high school, I can see how employees may be somewhat apathetic in regards to their job. That being said, there is no reason why people cannot be consistently good with their productivity. Fresh or at least warm fries are a staple for this type of business. Along with that, when you order something that is supposed to be hot, it should be hot. Not warm or ice cold. I think it's time management exercise a little quality control at this location. This is not a good example for the Arby's Franchise. Cold fries, cold (hot) sandwiches are just not acceptable.

    Worst service ever. A car actually cut in front of me at the drive through and they acted like it was no big deal. Should have read reviews before I stopped. Left with nothing after 10 minutes.
