I find it hard to believe a Jimmy Johns located by a college campus has never heard of the Yelp app, but regardless the "corporate" guy that happened to be there today got fairly snarky when I tried to use my Yelp check in coupon that I have used on previous visits. He stated they were all fake and if I wanted a coupon I needed to go online to join a class action lawsuit to get a free drink, cookie or pickle. Really? No thanks "corporate" guy, I just wanted a drink with my sandwich, not a lawsuit. You had a chance to show some customer service and class but instead you decided to be a tool over a side order. The Beach Club I ordered was still tasty as always, but the lack of professionalism shown in tone and temperament to a customer left a bad taste. I'll take my sandwich biz elsewhere next time.

Don't take coupons for the check ins that they offer food was ok and services was ok place is clean but I really don't think 5 stars will ever be reached by them sad to say and they say that the coupon is a fake but yet they are the ones that put it up on yelp

I thought jimmy john's was supposed to be freaky fast? I can get Chinese take out delivered faster than it takes the jimmy johns literally 5 minutes away from my house. That's terrible. Second time i have ordered from this location and it has taken them close to 40 minutes to bring me a cold sandwich. So dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

Very good food, first of all. Three stars is for the 32 minutes it took to deliver (they are one mile away from me). Freaky fast? No. Friggin slow.

Alright, I'm going to start by saying I'm NJ, I'm from the land of subs. My friend in Michigan RAVES about JJ. I typically don't like eating chain subs. But I tried them. I got the tuna sub. The tuna was very good. It was a nice high quality tasting tuna. The veggies on it also tasted nice and fresh. The bread was just OK. I've had much better bread before. (This is based on multiple times I've tried there). But, I didn't feel like there was enough tuna on there at all. I also always ask for extra vinegar and I feel like it's never on it. My boyfriend got the turkey (every time as well) with DOUBLE meat. There were literally about 4 or 5 VERY thin slices of turkey. That's not what double meat looks like. At least not to me. One time I got the tuna sandwich on bread, and felt like it was a little better with the serving size of tuna. If I want a chain sub I would rather have a Jersey Mikes. That's what a sub should look like. (Just google image the difference, JJ doesn't have enough STUFF on the sub, but not the ones put out by the companies ones people took that they got) I probably won't order from there again. There just isn't enough on my sub. Their prices are good, and they sure are fast with delivery though.

The subs are good, nothing special. I do however, like getting my food in lettuce wraps, versus bread -- taste better and less carbs. This one at least has tea for it's drink options, and no crowds unlike other JJ places.

Excellent subs! I usually get either the veggie on wheat or the tuna on wheat, both with hot peppers added. Prices are reasonable, they deliver, the place is clean, and the service is always great. I have never once had an order messed up here, even when ordering for large groups. What more could you want?
