Again pizza approved by this Jersey girl's high pizza standard. The only negative, which isn't really a negative to some people, they put a little too much Cheese!

They carry gluten free dough for pizzas! I enjoyed this place because of the menu options that were allergy friendly. In consideration to the other places in the area I would recommend this place.

I was craving a chicken Parmesan sub and stopped in here for lunch. The reviews left me hesitant but wow I was pleasantly surprised! They were out of chicken Parmesan so I went with meatballs instead and my girlfriend got the ravioli. Sauce was excellent on both items, meatballs were very flavorful and tasted fresh (made in store) which I can't confirm. The bread on the sub was excellent, very fresh and soft. We also split an Italian salad which had nice fresh shredded cheese and a solid dressing. I would stop back here in a heartbeat next time I need lunch in the area. Easily a better option then the Wendy's right next door.

I would probably only give them 1 star, but they are the only place I know of that delivers in the area. The pizza is really greasy, sloppy, missing texture and flavor. If you decide to go for delivery be prepared to wait 1-2 HOURS. If you are doing pickup, you'll still be waiting a while. I have tried their breads and pastas too and both were meh. My partner likes their pizza, so I imagine other people do too but if I am craving pizza and passing Aspen Park, I am going to Papa Murphys.

They deliver way up here!!!!!! We just moved here from Virginia, and are so excited that we found a great pasta place that will actually deliver to our new address way up on the top of Conifer Mountain! Back in VA, we ordered out delivery just about every Friday and Saturday night. I knew when we moved up here that we wouldn't have many restaurant options, but to find one that delivers........awesome! The food is great, the driver was great, and I am in heaven! I know it cant be easy delivering up here, that's why I will tip extra. Hopefully they don't change the delivery radius! I highly recommend Anthony's in Conifer!

I know good pizza. And Anthony's is pretty darn good. Especially since there is not much else up there. I loved when I lived in Conifer getting my pizza on thanks to Anthony's. Delivery has got to be difficult up there, but still had delivery. Many times I just stopped in and picked up a slice which I loved. There is no other place up there that you can do that. I typically get extra cheese because i just love a ton of it. Their sauce is great because its not extra spicey. Its marinara as it should be.

Pros: Really good calzones and baked pastas. Yummy! Cons: Food took FOREVER (literally over 30 minutes) to arrive at our table after ordering - and we were the only patrons in restaurant at a slow off peak time in between lunch time and dinner. Also, the food seems way overpriced and the service (we weren't offered any service at all except a quick order taking when we first arrived and wordless delivery of our meals) definitely leaves something to be desired. If you have tons of time to sit and wait the fresh pasta and calzones might be worth it.

My wife and I were ready to write off Anthony's. We'd had a few bad experiences in a row, culminating in a delivery that took nearly two hours to arrive and when it did, it was cold and 70% of the toppings were smashed and stuck to the lid. Ughghgh. I called in just to tell them they had lost a customer, but was greeted by a very friendly and apologetic employee. She quickly offered to send me a free pizza the next time I called in. I hesitantly took her up on her offer. About a month later, i figured i'd use my freebie. To my pleasant surprise the delivery was on time, the pizza was hot, unmarred and delicious! I figured they tried extra hard b/c i was on the customer freebie list and was not yet convinced. I have since ordered twice more and they have officially won us back. Good job Anthony's!

Awful. We have given this Anthony's location more than enough chances to impress us. We have placed orders for deliveries to our home and they either have a two hour wait for delivery or they agree to deliver and never show up! We have even gone in to the store to pick the food up ourselves and have waited in store for more than 30 minutes. There are never any sincere apologies and despite my request to speak with the manager or to have him call us we have never heard from him. This owner has the entire pizza market up here to himself and shows no effort to make solid name for himself. Doing just the BARE MINIMUM. Good food. Horrible service.

We have lived in Evergreen without pizza delivery because we were too far out in the boonies on Brook Forest. So after selling our house and finding a rental on Hwy 73 in Evergreen Meadows, we called Anthony's in Conifer to see if they delivered pizza at the new address. They do! Yeah! We were so excited to have pizza delivery especially since we had a full house of teens playing Dungeons and Dragons and needed to feed them. It is our first pizza delivery night in 13 years. Oh joy- what a special night this will be. They said delivery would take 2 hours- yikes - I think they need more drivers on a Friday night. It took over an hour before the driver arrived. We were hungry since it was after 8pm and I opened to find a half cheese and half pineapple and mushroom pizza with a slice missing not the supreme style I ordered. Who orders mushroom and pineapple together? Gross - I did taste it and indeed it was "yuck" Oh and I chased the pizza driver down the driveway arms flailing to try to stop him. My husband was laughing hysterically and told me I probably scared him with a crazy hungry lady chasing him. So what to do when you are unhappy with a restaurant? Hmm, I sat down last night to write a bad review on Yelp. I hate writing bad reviews. Before I could, the phone rang and Anthony's was calling me to tell me the driver forgot my pizza and we had the wrong one. They said they would credit us back for the pizza we ordered and asked send us our pizza. I still wanted it. Another hour later I finally had the pizza I craved. Thanks Anthonys for making our Comedy of Errors right. They credited it us for my forgotten pizza and the teens ate the the wrong pizza in addition to the chicken, sausage, onion, pepperoni jalapeno pizza they ordered. I didn't like that one either. However my pepperoni, sausage, black olive and green pepper pizza was delicious. My advice to yelpers if you are hungry go pick up your pizza. The pizza is good if it's hot. The delivery times are too long. However if you are a lush like me and have started into a few happy hour glasses of wine on a Friday night stay put, make an appetizer at home first and if starving with no food in the house- Anthony's in Conifer delivers. There aren't many options to pizza delivery in the Evergreen/Conifer area. Guess we are lucky to have delivery even if it's a two hour wait. Anthony's in Conifer will deliver on Hwy 73 up to the traffic circle in Marshdale.

Pizza pretty good. However the service and staff is terrible. They tell you 30 minutes I waited an hour Twice my order was lost Waited 20 minutes while the pizza sat on top of the oven because staff forgot to tell me it was done. Go to Madwells across the street pizza is just as good and no side order of bad attitude.

Amazing thin crust pizza. It tastes just like back home in New Jersey/ New York. You gotta go here now!

I have been to several Anthony's locations throughout the greater Denver area, and this one is my favorite. These guys have NY pizza down to a science, and I am a native born NYer. About 10 or so times over the last 2 months I've gone in for lunch, ordering 2-3 slices. Every slice has been perfectly cooked and delicious. I do wish they were a little less meager with the toppings, but I could easily just eat cheese slices all day. My GF and I also ordered a pizza to our house, and it was cooked perfectly also. It did take quite a long time for it to arrive, but that's what we get for living in the boonies I suppose :p Just be sure to place your order amply ahead of time if you need to. The staff is also very friendly. They knew my typical order after the first 1-2 visits, and always know I like my pizza 'crispy'- kept in the oven for an extra minute or so. Already can't wait for my next slice!

Reading other peoples reviews makes me wonder if we are talking about the same restaurant. We have tried Anthonys twice (both for pizza) and were pretty disappointed both times. The first time the pizza was just plain horrible, the crust was like cardboard and generally it just did not taste good. Our 12 year old son said he liked the place and talked us into trying it again a few months later and it was worse than the first time. The pasta there may be good (I have only tried pizza), but to my taste this place is a bad choice for pizza in an area that has other (far better) options for pizza.

We are fortunate to have an Anthony's Pizza up here in the mountains. Their pizza is always tasty, the service is consistently friendly and they offer a nice selection of both thin crust and thicker crust Sicilian pizzas, as well as salads, sides and desserts. Even though I live about 25 minutes away from them, I'll make a point to go to Anthony's Pizza fairly regularly.

There is a limited number of pizza places up here in the hills. Anthony's does a good job overall. Fair prices, and tasty pizza. I like that they make their own dough from scratch.

Thin crust isn't my favorite, but if you like a slice that you can fold in half to eat, theirs is really good.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
