I seriously have a hard time with being late... I hate it. I have a problem with wrong orders and I have a problem with bland food.... this is what I came in contact with on a delivery order with Jason's.... We placed a convenient on-line order and an hour and fifteen minutes later we got an order... was almost completely wrong... they did give us soup but both sandwiches were incorrect and the sides. We called and the manager was so apologetic but the order still was terrible when received 30 minutes later.... band aid in my sandwich? really? is that a sick joke? Both sandwiches were bland in flavor and lacked a certain "care" you would give to 7 dollar meal... not to mention a meal that was horribly messed up in the first place. I am not a fan. I don't know what to blame! I mean the delivery driver was stressed... its not his fault he was late... but he was the ONLY one working as he and his manager said. His manager also said that they got slammed... I don't know if this is a fluke or not but 2 times ordering from here and both time so terrible... I don't know ... Bland food? OK The muffaletta and a build your own Turkey sandwhich... the muffaletta is supposed to be packed with flavor and olive goodness... but that is so not what I got... :( I got Olive oil soaked bread and a bland and surprisingly salt free experience... Turkey... not good at all... bacon was super chewy and the meat was all smashed in the middle... not a good looking meal! I wont be going back and mostly because the foreign object in my food... but the wrong order helps too...

I always enjoy going to Jason's deli. I love the California club, and the free soft serve

    Decent. Not great, not terrible.

Great soup. However, big pet peeve of mine is wilted salad or brown salad on a salad bar, which was rampant here. I think the prices are a little steep for what you get as well.

Jason's Deli is one of my favorite places to grab lunch. Salad bar is almost a dreams come true (add some Chickie or meat options and my wish comes true). Though there is free soft serve ice cream, my splurge is with the strawberry shortcake *drool* when I want my salad loaded with chicken, walnuts, cheese, and apple I order the Nutty salad. I was able to try it in Beaumont Texas (the origin of Jason's) and am very thankful that they added this tasty dish to menus at other locales. Sandwiches... I've had a few and I've never been really impressed. Sometimes there's a lot of meat and some times not so much. Their sandwiches always seem thin around the edge and then so stacked in the middle that you strain your jaw.

When I walk in to Jason's Deli they automatically know what I'm going to order: spinach veggie wrap with baked lays and a sweet tea. I eat here at least once a week, and I still can't get enough. They have a large variety to choose from, including a soup and salad bar. Many items on their menu state the nutritional facts, which is helpful. To top it all off, they have free soft serve ice cream for you to enjoy at the end (or beginning) of your meal. If you eat here look for me, I'll be the girl sitting in a booth eating a spinach wrap :)

  • Andrew P.

Awesome place! It's got great sandwiches, and amazing salad bar and it has free ice cream! The sandwiches alone are rather large, but going with a half soup/sandwich it's a perfect lunch!

  • Chuckie G.

Meh. Thought it a low value. Went here for the first time yesterday. They do more of a traditional down home style sandwich. It was ok, just kind of small for the asking price. Probably won't be back.

  • Tammy N.

I stopped in to redeem my birthday coupon and was completely wowed at the customer service! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even when I wasn't completely sure of what I wanted to order at first. I finally decided on a panini and was delighted with the proportion of meat and bread ratio. The prices are decent for the sandwiches and there is even free ice cream when you dine in. I'll have to stop by here more often for lunch!

    Low quality, poor atmosphere, expensive

They are helpful and even gave me a taste of the sauce before I ordered. Salad bar is the BEST organic, fresh and always stocked. Free frozen dessert (ice cream or yogurt- not sure which). Prices are reasonable.

I use to go here for their delivery options. However, tonight will be the last time I ever even consider using them for anything. After placing a delivery order online, the order was promptly confirmed. However, about 5 minutes before the estimated delivery time I received an email notification that my order was cancelled. I tried calling but not only was the person on the phone pretty much impossible to understand, but he clearly didn't care that our dinner plans for the night were ruined because of their unprofessionalism. If you advertise delivery, you better provide that service. Otherwise, it is fraudulent and false advertising. Not only will I never be ordering anything from this location again, but as a manager at a local company in the Interlocker Tech Center of 200+ employees, I will ensure that I try my best to ensure they never use Jason's for any of their catering needs again. Customer Service is a lost art these days, and Jason's has definitely lost their way.

I really enjoy this place! They have the most delicious sandwiches and both my kids rave about the pizza! The staff is incredibly friendly and they have free ice cream! I was also excited to learn they deliver!

My wife and I come to this Jason's Deli occasionally. The service is usually good and the sandwiches and soup are always hot, fresh, and tasty (we've never had bad food here). Sandwiches are always made fresh (I didn't see anything wrapped in cellophane that had been sitting for a few hours). I just think paying $20 for two orders (1\2 sandwich and soup combo) is a bit too much. It's not a place to go if you are really hungry as we both always leave here still being a little hungry. If they brought their prices down it would be a lot more reasonable. BTW, if you come here just remember to take advantage of their free ice cream cones, and grab a pile of crackers from the salad bar for your soup.

Love Jason's Deli! They have a great variety of food, something for the whole family. My husband and I love coming here after a great workout at the gym. Their salad bar is awesome. They do not have as many toppings as Sweet Tomatoes; however, this is in our neighborhood and when I feel like having a sandwich or a wrap, this is definitely a great place to change it up. I usually get the Manager's Special with salad bar and cup of soup. Their chicken tortilla soup is delicious. Also, my husband is a fan of the free ice cream!

  • Cassandra F.

I haven't been to a Jason's Deli in years, but a friend of mine suggested it for lunch so I thought I'd try it out. The food was good, I had a California turkey sandwich (avocado wins me over everyt time) with some steamed veggies, and my friend had a wrap and side salad. I guess you can either get the salad bar, which is unlimited, or a side salad, which is just one trip to the salad bar. They don't have a menu on the wall here, which is kind of a pet peeve of mine. You have to pick up a handheld menu. In sit down restaurants this makes perfect sense. In a quick grab 'n go style place, I don't quite get it. The location is right by a bunch of offices, but there are a ton of empty store fronts in the strip mall, so it's kind of odd. Overall I'd go back again.

I love going to this place for lunch. Great menu that will have something for just about anyone. I've only been to the one in broomfield a few times, but at 12:30 it's never too hard to find a seat. Free soft serve ice cream, too!

Service: 4 Food: 4 Woah. Good stuff right here. Big portions, a good price, and deliciousness all around. We opted for the soup and half-sandwich combo - perfect on a cold winter night. (Except snow, where you at?) My Southwest Chicken Chili and Amy's Turkey-o was superb. Her Chicago Club was also great, but alas, the Spicy Seafood Gumbo was not to be. We asked for a change of soup and the employees agreed (thanks!) and all was well.

  • Ryan H.

I love this place. The food is great, the selection is great and they have so much variety of sandwiches to chose from. I have yet to have a sandwich here I wouldn't want to eat again. The Beefeater is by far my favorite. Also if you dine in, you get free ice cream. I have never had one of their drink because they seem to pricy compared to water ha.

  • Leslie C.

I love their catering options; a platter of half sandwiches, a couple of bags of Ruffles, cookies and pickles works great for sprint planning or a working lunch for your team. I just am not crazy about their bread choices. The focaccia always seems dry, and honestly, I'd prefer marble rye or whole wheat over a butter croissant. Still, it's convenient to work and always a crowd pleaser. And, the white chocolate macadamia cookies are to die for!

  • Rachel C.

Jason's doesn't strike me as anything special or unique in terms of the lunch choices in the surrounding area. I will say they have a variety of choices....but you have to pick up a paper menu and look at all of them while you are in line, and they only have a few select items posted on the wall behind the register. It is also frustrating to pay upwards of 8 dollars for a bowl of soup and a half sandwich for disappointing portion sizes. I will give them credit thigh, the servers who bring out the food are prompt, and you feel the sit down atmosphere of Jason's without the sit down prices. And let us not forget the FREE ice cream station!

  • Kim G.

I always get the 1/4 muffuletta and soup!a if you have not tried it, it is a must. It is this delicious bread with sesame seeds with turkey cheese and this delicious olive spread. Get a cup of French onion or tomato bisque and you are set!

I love me some soup and sandwich! With healthy sides like fruit! One reason why you should go here: FREE ICE CREAM FOR EVERYONE!

Ok, so I get that it can be a little confusing the first time you walk in. It does seem like a cafeteria had relations with a buffet, and while the offspring calls itself a deli, it really looks more like the fast food place down the street, which pisses off the Deli because now he's like, "Damn it! That's not even close to a Deli! I'm not the father of that! Hey cafeteria! Did you have a three-way with the buffet and the fast food joint?!?" Anyway, the food is not bad, and there is enough variety that there is usually something there that everyone can tolerate, if not enjoy. There really isn't any waitstaff - you order, get a number that sits on your table, and then someone drops off you grub when its ready. For the money, it's just fine, and I go there when that's where the group is headed.

I was back for work last week and we had lunch here one day. I'd forgotten how AMAZING Jason's is because it had been so long. I had a vegan sandwich which had an olive tapenade, some olive oil on toasted bread, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce- a simple but very tasty sandwich- I ate the whole (huge) portion, and I was too stuffed to eat dinner that night! It came with chips and a pickle - lunch for 4 was $40 with tip. The bread that the sandwiches were made on was SO good, I think that's an important but often overlooked part of a good sammie. I will definitely be back, I wish there was a Jason's closer to me!

Our salon ordered a sandwich platter for an event that we had on a Monday night. For the one small plate of mostly stale sandwiches (& after delivery fees and tip) the whole order ended up coming close to $100. Then, we bite into the sandwiches and find out that the cheese that was used on the sandwiches was MOLDY. When we called the deli to let them know, they said they could bring us different cheese. At that point, we didn't even want to eat any of the food on the platter anyways; but they didn't even offer to replace the sandwiches, just to bring more cheese.... Then instead of refunding our money, they only offered $15 off our next order. We will not be doing any further business with Jason's Deli clearly. They don't have any quality control and worse customer service :/

I was lucky enough to find this restaurant after another place with a salad bar that I used to go to closed down. I love a good salad bar, and after said restaurant closed, I went on a quest to find a good one. After trying a few, including Souper Salad (which is not all that great in my opinion), I found Jason's Deli. The food is fantastic and the people are friendly. They also serve sandwiches, pasta, and soup (and maybe a few other things), all of which are great. I don't think all their food is organic, but much of it is. Everything in the salad bar looks and tastes fresh, ripe, and flavorful, and they have lots of options. Three kinds of greens, three kinds of cheese, three kinds of peppers, olives, bacon, onions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh fruit, pudding, and lots of other stuff. They usually have some hummus and/or some kind of pasta salad as well (among other unique and flavorful things you don't usually see in a salad bar). The only things the salad bar is missing are ham and turkey, but I can gladly do without them due to the plethora of other options and the quality of the food. They have lots of salad dressings, too (my two favorites are the balsamic vinaigrette and the other vinaigrette - I think it's called Leo's Italian or something similar). The employees (who are always helpful and friendly) do a great job of keeping the salad bar clean, which can be an issue for other salad bars, and on the rare occasion when the lettuce looks like it's been sitting there too long, they are happy to swap it out for fresh lettuce. They also have some pretty good soft-serve ice cream that is included with the salad bar, as well as three kinds of tea (basic unsweetened, basic sweetened, and my favorite: a black cherry tea that I usually mix with a little sweet tea). There is also a nice patio that I sit at whenever the weather is nice, which in Colorado, is most of the time. I usually like to get some sunflower seeds from the salad bar to feed the birds out there. There are vegetarian options (aside from the salad bar) as well, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Don't go here for bagels! I was staying at the nearby hotel, and needed some breakfast for the family. I thought, "A Deli must certainly serve bagels. . ." Unfortunately, they did have bagels on the menu. Their varieties were very limited. I made do with Cinnamon Raisin and Plain. I am old school: I like my bagels toasted with a little butter, then cream cheese. Well, they did something I have never seen - smeared the butter on the bagel first, and then toasted it. When I asked what they were doing, the sweet lady who took my order said, "oh, that's how we do it. It keeps them so soft and delicious." To me, the whole point of toasting a bagel is to give it a nice crunch, and the butter after toasting keeps the inside a little moist and chewy. Slathering the butter on first did keep the bagel soft . . .It was like eating a sponge. Sorry, I am sure the sandwiches are great here. The menu and the salad bar look great (for lunch). But they don't know bupkis about bagels.

I go meatless on Monday's and Wednesday's. That means that I eat dinner at Jason's Deli twice a week! I always get the salad bar. It is always fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Always clean and tidy. They offer so many things that I love to eat. A variety of lettuce/salad mix/spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, whole hard boiled eggs, beets, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, etc etc. They also have really good olive oil & balsamic vinegar. I rarely eat regular salad dressings and usually make my own so this is perfect. For those that like ready made salad dressings, they have so many choices. They also have a variety of muffins, crostinis, nuts, puddings & fruit. They also have free soft serve ice cream! I can tell you that when I have to do catering at work I always order Jason's for breakfast, lunch and snack. Their sandwiches, salads, chips, & soup are all delicious. Everyone always loves when I have Jason's delivered. They have delicious cookies. Everyone's favorite are the oatmeal white chocolate chip cranberry walnut cookies. They also deliver coffee, juice & water. The best of everything here with very reasonable prices. Easy online ordering with rewards points. I end up getting significant discounts all the time!

"Meh" says it all. Unfortunately, my coworkers seem to LOVE Jason's so whenever we order food for the office, it's from here. Now maybe I'm just getting the wrong things. Or maybe it just all mostly sucks! If nothing else, Jason's lacks consistency. The first sandwich I got was AWESOME. It was some holiday cranberry thing that was (of course) seasonal. Damn. Since then, I've tried a variety of sandwiches and wraps, all of which have sucked. There's currently a turkey wrap sitting on my desk with so much ranch that I could probably squeeze it out and fill a bottle. Gross. Also, they forgot my bacon which is just a TRAVESTY. Not that I'd be able to taste it with all the ranch. On the other hand, my soup was really good. See what I mean about consistency? I feel like ordering off this menu is like trying to avoid landmines. Sometimes it's all good, and sometimes you're really unlucky. Since I'm stuck with Jason's, I guess I should just get better at predicting the bombs. Or stick to soup.

Pretty cool place... I went in at about 9am, and the place wasn't really really open from the standpoint that the chairs were still on the tables and it looked like the staff was filling lunch orders for the day. The person that helped me was efficient, helpful, friendly, and gave a great suggestion on what to drink. Heuvo's rancheros burrito? pretty good stuff....

I'm somewhat surprised the ratings are lower, I love this place, I have been coming here for years. The service quality (I.e. friendliness of the kids they hire to make your food) leaves something to be desired but I love the menu! While I usually get the beef eater I really like the salad bar for a fast lunch. I love the iced tea selections (blackberry currant is my fav) and don't forget free ice cream on your way out :)

Wow. I think Hannah may have been a little over excited there. This is not a true deli in a purist sense. I mean, yeah they have deli items, but are they authentic? It had been a while since I ate at a Jason's and I thought I would try it again. I had a corned beef sandwich. I asked for it on a Kaiser roll - which any decent deli should have. Not here. I wasn't even offered the onion roll I found out later on that they had. I had to settle for french bread. There was no communication up front that you have to pay at the end of the line other than the grunty instructions from the workers. Paid for my meal. Went to get my drink and there were 2 drink cups next to the drink machine. Hoping they weren't the dirty ones I picked one but really - 2? This was at the end of lunch rush so there really was no excuse. There were also 8 straws. Yes, 8! Sat down and the food arrived after a longish 5-7 minutes. That long to make a sandwich, melt some cheese, throw on some chips and a pickle? Sadly, the meal was only meh. It certainly made me miss my Authentic deli back in San Diego. The corned beef was dry and a tad overcooked while the french bread tasted like it was just pulled out of the freezer. Hey, at least the chips and pickle were good? I was served exactly 1 napkin with no others to be found. I had a good laugh out of that. I didn't dare try the ice cream machine because a) some old woman seemed to be confused as to how to operate a pull down handle to dispense said ice cream and b) the machine and surrounding area did not look that clean. I liked how they had a sign on the machine something to the effect that a 4 oz serving of their "ice milk" had 80 calories. LOL. Parking sucks here during peak periods although there is a parking structure with steps that lead down almost right next to the entrance to the restaurant. Tables inside were crowded too close together. Probably not the best of places for groups. No logic to how to get into the place either. Pick up orders get a priority door that leads to the front of the line. Regular customers have to walk down to a door just to walk down a mini hall right back to where the TO GO customers are being served. Are there "authentic" deli's in Denver? Overall, a solid 3. Meh.

Cool place if you want to skip fast food and go with a salad bar/soup combo. Plus, free ice cream for dessert is a nice bonus.

I've been to a Jayson's in Arizona, also ordered food delivered to work here in Colorado, all were great. However, Our trip to Jayson's Deli in person was not the same experience. My wife and I ordered Egg Salad w/Soup & She w/Salad. Major turn-off for my wife, hair in the salad. (Not hers); Mine, Soup was cool, not even warm. Egg Salad has too much lettuce, not enough egg. More like a lettuce sandwich. Sorry, you do not live up to the quality experience we had when visiting Jayson's in Arizona. We will not be returning.

YUCK. I don't think I'd ever been to a place that calls itself a deli and is this AWFUL. I wish Yelp had a 0 star option. I really do. Although I guess Jason's would still get one star for friendly, if clueless service. If the bad food weren't enough (I'll get to that in a minute, trust me) the place is confusing for a first timer. Is it a cafeteria? Is it a salad bar? Is it like Old Country Buffet, or is it like a fast food place where you order at the counter? Or do the waiters take your order? Do your waiters bring your food out or do you pick it up? Wait, on second thought, ARE there waiters? There are some high school kids milling around looking lost, wearing uniforms, but that's not the same thing. Where do you get your drinks? Does 'lemonade' mean the pink stuff from the fountain or the Nantucket Nectar version? Oh, wait, so I order my food here, pay for it somewhere else, wander around and find my own drink, and then wait for someone to bring me my food? And then, after I order, there's a random salad bar with soft serve machines lined up against the wall that I can't see until I've finished ordering? Oh, okay, well, at least I ordered a delicious sounding sandwich! Grilled chicken and bacon and bell pepper panini, yum yum! Wrong. My sandwich (and my companion's sandwich as well) is virtually inedible. It tastes like they stole all the meat out of a Safeway dumpster, burned the bread, and then put the whole thing in the microwave for about a half hour. And the chips? A bag of Ruffles dumped over the sandwich. Over the sandwich! And the bag must have been crushed before they emptied it, because the chips are really nothing more than Ruffle crumbs and Ruffle dust. All over my Safeway dumpster sandwich. So after looking as each other in disbelief for a few minutes, we decide to inquire after my lemonade, which I ordered but they did not bring. "Oh," says the first milling teenager I can find, "it's self-serve. You just go get your lemonade from over there"... gesturing vaguely south. I wander over in that direction and find: A) a cooler filled with Nantucket Nectars, and B) a soft drink machine with a pink lemonade option. I take the Nantucket Nectar. No one is watching me. I could have taken fifty. My boyfriend testsd that theory by going over to the Soft Serve machine and asking whoever happens to be standing around how much the soft serve is. Answer: free. Bottom line: if you're looking for a place where you can steal bottled drinks galore and eat as much soft serve as you want, this is your target. If you like to eat edible food, stay away.

I have hired Jason't a couple times to do lunch catering. Although the food is good its kinda of skimpy for the price. Panera is much better for corporate catering
