I tried Ginnie's last week for the first time. I had walked by it multiple times going in and out of the non profit center. I am so glad that I finally stopped. Their blue plate specials (just over $3) are wonderful. This week they have had Turkey Chili and Spaghetti. I must also recommend the oat bran raisin muffin. It's dense and thick and seriously enough for breakfast all on it's own, and did I mention it's only a dollar! This kitchen is run by the NWACC culinary department. NWACC is a leader in Community Colleges offering a full culinary and hospitality department, must confess I am a graduate there of. Come on down and give try this place, and if you work in the Center for Non Profits grab a muffin on your way up.
