I've been here 4 times now and every time has been a great experience! Their sandwiches are nice portion sized, staff is very friendly, sometimes greeted with an opened door! Everyone is so darned happy in here! Don't let a crowded parking lot fool you, they are quick to serve.

Clean friendly and the salad bar was sooooo clean. Went on a Sat at lunch place was packed but staff kept salad bar fresh and clean. Great selections and big bowl type plates for salads

Service is always quick, prices are good, food is never compromised on taste or quality. They even sell cane sugar sweetened cream sodas for those who dislike the fountain drink. Place is always kept clean (including the rest room.) For me, best time I can go without hearing so much crowd noise is after 7pm, and especially after 8 when its peace and quiet and you can hear yourself think while enjoying the stomach stuffing menu they offer. And free ice cream...they surely do things good there unlike that dump next door!

NICE PLACE clean, comfortable, friendly service and clean bathrooms. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, the sauce was real, the chicken was super tender and the pasta was hot. After the meal there was complementary ice cream with all the fixings, fresh muffins and trail mix. My party had 3 people in it we ate for $23.00 and left well satisfied and happy. I recommend you go try it yourself.

They have a great variety of sandwiches. They also carry baked potatoes that you can get loaded up. They are huge! The restaurant could be a bit cleaner i.e. Tables wiped off. But I like the place.

I have a child with food allergies and we can always eat safely at Jason's deli. After traveling for more than twelve hours we stopped for to go food at this location. We got back to our hotel and realized that they had forgotten this child's food. When I called back to them they said they were unable to remedy their mistake and bring the missing item to us (less than five miles). They said that it was our responsibility to check the order before leaving. Really??!!??!! Rude customer service. The other 30 locations of this franchise have been hospitable over the 2000 or so times we've dined with them. This sour experience has left a bad taste in my mouth that I have yet to have the inclination to eat at Jason's deli again since. I don't think we've gone a week without eating at Jason's deli in more than 15 years.

I found out about Jason's Deli through Yelp. The menu is loaded with plenty of options with soups, salads, sandwiches, baked potatoes, wraps, paninis, pastas, salad bar and desserts. There is also a create your own sandwich option with several choices of breads, meats, and toppings. They also offer a gluten-sensitive menu, just ask your order taker. I was overwhelmed with all the options...I ordered the half warmed corned beef sandwich topped with Swiss cheese and yellow mustard and a trip to the salad bar. The salad bar had a little bit of everything (easily 20 items) to include lite dressing options. Everything on the bar was very fresh and flavorful. Once I sat down and scoped out what other people were eating. I noticed that the New Orleans style muffuletta looked very good. I may try it next visit! Oh yea, I almost forgot. FREE ICE CREAM. It's soft serve vanilla, chocolate, or swirl. Mmmmm Fyi, take a notice while sitting in the dining room look above the salad bar on the shelf there is a Catholic candle. It seems out of place, not sure how it got there. I wonder if anybody else has seen it?

  • Debra D.

What can you say- hard to mess up a sandwich. I will say not to order avocado as a topping. They will give you a piece so small that it blends with the lettuce. I initially thought they forgot to put it on the sandwich! My husband had a cup of seafood gumbo that was surprisingly tasty.

  • Eric C.

Good place to eat. They have a great salad bar and free ice cream. Price point falls around $10 a person so it's a fair value, plus no tip needed.

This is a pretty good restaurant. Jason has him all kinds of good stuff. You can get you a ham sandwich. You can get you a spaghetti. You can get you a soup. Don't nobody care. I got me a thing called a salad bar but wait hold on just a minute. You is probably thinking ain't Will T a man he don't eat no leafs and plants. That's true but I did learn a thing and that is if you get you the salad bar you get unlimited nanner pudding chocolate pudding ice cream and crackers. That is some good stuff. I got me all of that stuff and some pickles and some tater salad and some white cheese and some yeller cheese. And a cokecola. It was pretty good.

  • Ric S.

I'll start by saying that the food is always good at Jason's. Where they need improvement is in the mindset of the people working there. The last two visits I attempted to dine outside, employees were standing on the sidewalk about 20 feet apart talking very loudly about their personal issues (some of which was very personal) and smoking cigarettes very close to the customers outside. There were children present which made the situation even worse. I hope the management solves this problem as Jason's has always been a favorite of mine.

Decent place. A lot here on the menu is not really my cup of tea, but I love a good salad bar and theirs is good. I like to make a Greek style salad and then go back and make a southwestern style one. And though I prefer the salad bar, I do like some of their sandwiches as well, such as the Asiago Pot roast with horseradish. Good atmosphere as well.

I had an awesome chef salad. My lady had some kind of delicious veggie sandwich. Oh and free ice cream!

I am not to satisfied with this place. My husband and I came one during lunch and they were packed. Which usually isnt a deal breaker for us. So we ordered Togo. The cashier was typical... Nice but when we asked her questions she didn't go into much detail. So ordered and paid for our food.. I had to be at work within the hour. We waited almost 30 mins for our TOGO food. Which both of us have worked in the food industry so we know what our food times should be. We didn't get too upset since we knew they were fairly new and would be busy with it being lunch time. But anyway when we ate our food, we were kind of surprised. I felt like I could the same thing at home but better. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but the thing that upset us was that we paid close $25 for a sandwich and two drinks and the good was mediocre. Give everything a try once but I probably won't go back there unless I'm starving and it's the only Place open.

Holy mother! Best sandwich I've ever had away from home! AND - FREE ICE CREAM CONES! Definitely enjoyed this place. They accidentally brought me a sandwich with wheat bread when I had requested white, but they corrected it the second I suggested that it wasn't what I had ordered. I was very impressed with the food. Free drink refills and ice cream were also a huge plus! Will definitely return for more!

  • Karen B.

So happy they opened up this week! Love my lunch and the FREE mini muffins on the salad bar - not to mention the great FREE swirl ice cream cone I got on the way out the door. My broccoli and cheddar soup so so creamy and light. My club sandwich perfect along with the perfect crispy bacon on it. We will be back - got to try that awesome salad bar ..check out my posted photos.

Nice new restaurant to open in Mobile. It was relatively busy the day i went. Ordering was smooth and easy. We were greeted with menus at the entrance which cut out any frustration we would have ordering. They do have a separate station for you to order take-out. There menu has a great variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches to choose from. I had the club royal sandwich with chips. It's a very good sandwich to try. They also have a salad bar tht you can order and fix your own salad. After ordering, they will bring your order to your table. Service was pretty quick. They also have ice cream available to top off your dining experience. Besides the ice cream, there are bakery offerings such as cheesecake and other different cakes. I like that they offer half sandwich/soup/salad combos. They don't offer any wifi, so it's not like a hub where you can really brings books, chat, and drink coffee like some similar places. If you are in this area, give this place a try.

Completely amazing. Loved it. I haven't been to a Jason's deli in almost ten yrs, because when I moved they didn't have one here. Got my favorite order, mufalletta and brocolli cheese soup and it's just as good as it was last time I had one. No place is as good as Jason's.

Great place for a fresh, healthy alternative to fast food. Nice selection of sandwiches and soups with a stocked salad bar that has plenty of choices. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Underwhelmed. Got the Club Royale and could have used more condiments, pretty dry. Nothing special. It was packed when I went for a late lunch on a Saturday. Woman who took my order was awesome, though, and really friendly. Still, as a visitor checking out a new place, wish it would have been better. Maybe I should have got something else on menu.

A real review. Very good, it's just it's a deli, not a five star restaurant. Ridiculous to say it is. The sandwiches are good, but the menu is too broad for them to make elite sandwiches I guess.
