Must say, I was a bit disappointed with the service at this Logan's. We sat at the bar and yes, there were a few folk there, but there were 2 bartenders. We were completely ignored for over 5 minutes. When one finally spoke to us, she didn't offer a menu food or drink. We asked what bourbons they had and she said Jack Daniels. Now folks, I have a massive pet peeve about bartenders who don't know the difference between a bourbon and whiskey. It drives me nuts! Your job is slinging drinks for the Love, but I digress. We order Jim Beam. Finally ask for a drink menu and see they have Buffalo Trace. Yay US. We order the Buffalo Trace Sour and The Devil went down to GA with devils cut Jim Beam. Without asking, she substituted Buffalo Trace for Devil's Cut. Sigh. She had no understanding that she just changed the flavor profile of the drink. I think she thought she was doing us a favor. :( poor girl. The food was good...potato skins and sliders. Only reason this Logan's gets 2 stars.

By far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. We arrived at the restaurant at 9pm. The waiter finally came to our table to get our drinks at 9:25pm. He came back about 5-10 minutes late to get our food orders without our drinks. Around 9:45pm we finally received our drinks. At 10:20pm we still had not received our food that we ordered at 9:30pm so I told the waiter that we would be paying for our drinks and leaving without our food. The manager approached us and stated that she apologized for the wait and that since they would have to throw the food out anyways she would comp it and give it to us in a to-go box. At 10:35pm we finally received our food in the to-go boxes and left. We drove to our home which is about 5-7 miles away from the restaurant when we opened the boxes and tried the food my wife's fries were hard as a rock and so were her chicken fingers. I tried to eat a bite of my steak but was completely brown and very chewy (I ordered a medium rare steak). I opened my baked potato only to find an almost black skinned potato that was also hard as a rock. Needless to say I will NEVER attend this restaurant nor any other Logan's Roadhouse and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Well over a week has past. Call from district manager (numerous may I say) claiming they would make it right. To add insult to injury we received 3 $10 gift cards after spending $70. Please.....nobody cares anymore. ...they have lost a frequent customer.

The kitchen at this restaurant is consistently bad. They are soooo slow. Every time. Also, my steak is NEVER cooked properly - I order medium and it comes out rare; I order medium-well to try to compensate for the consistent under-doneness and it comes out well-done or worse. I hate to think what those who order well-done get - charcoal maybe. Over the years my visits to this restaurant occur less and less often because the problems have not been corrected. Every once in a blue moon I'll decide to give them another shot. And every single I'm very disappointed because the same thing happens - slow kitchen service and improperly cooked steak. I don't have these problems at other Logan's restaurants, just this one. Don't waste your time here. Go to Outback across the street or Porky's Pride just down the street - both are much better.

I'm pretty much a regular here, and that doesn't happen unless the food and the service is consistently good. I am happy with both here. Mon-Wed is a great value, especially if you are taking kids. I regularly take a family of 7 to eat, and I can do it for under $60 bucks (the drinks are included with kids meals, huge plus). For the kids, you can't beat the steak tips. I usually get the grilled chicken and have them prepare it blackened, but when you want to splurge go for one of the $20+ steaks, like the Rib-Eye or strip.

Last time, our server was not as friendly as some have been. Turn down the annoying music! Overall, good food (especially the yeast rolls!) and fun casual atmosphere.

This place is AWSOME. We eat there just about EVERY time we're in the area. The atmosphere is fantastic. Just got a real 'down home, country' feel to it. The service is great and the food is WONDERFUL. This is one place where you're happy you spent money =). You can't just go there once, trust me...you'll be be back!

Logan's has really upped their game. The ribeye steaks are better than expected and the service is good. We've had good food and good service for at least the last 5 times we've been to Logan's. I recommend eating here!

Your basic Logan's experience. Had A 2 for 14.99 special. $2.00 up charge each for the 6oz sirloin. Or serve Brittany W was fast and friendly. Overall a good lunch while traveling.

While on a road trip we were quite hungry and when I saw the sign at the next exit with this restaurant we were so excited to go and eat here. Many years ago I worked at a Logan's as a Manager and loved it. What do I love about this restaurant? The decor is rustic, country atmosphere with wood floors and tables, large bar with drinks in Mason jars. Peanuts in buckets and in the past you would throw them on the floor but times have changed probably due to the oil in peanuts causing a possible safety hazard. This place is so much fun to come with a group. The drinks are excellent, prices are very reasonable. And the food is delicious. The steaks are super tasty and always cooked to perfection. They also have fresh seafood daily. When you first sit down they bring you hot yeast rolls with butter. Oh geez, these rolls are the BEST thing's you will ever put in your mouth. When you order an entree you also get soup or salad. I can never choose. The loaded baked potato soup is fantastic. The salads are fresh and also so good. Service is always top notch. Very friendly staff. I am so sad they closed the one we had here in South Florida as this truly is one of my favorite places to eat. Oh and they have sweet tea, yes real Southern sweet tea. If you want a great steak, burger, salad, or seafood in a very fun environment with excellent service and prices this is a must try. Oh how I miss you Logan's. xoxoxoxoxoxo
