I just went to this restaurant. There is a somewhat young shift manager there who seems a bit full of himself. This was obvious from the way he treats the other employees...but I digress. I went in and ordered 2pc all white (breast and wing). I was told by the manager that they were out of white meat, but had dark meat, and I would have to wait 7-8 minutes for white meat. I told him that would be fine. I waited and the manager himself packed my order, and I walked 2 blocks back to my hotel. I got all set up to eat, and discovered he had given me a thigh and leg. First, I can't stand legs. Second, I specifically asked for white meat and was made to wait for it. So, I walked back to the restaurant, and he came up and asked me if something was wrong. I told him I had ordered all white, and he said that I had not, and would have to pay an extra $0.95 for white. I asked why I was made to wait for white meat if I hadn't ordered it, and he insisted that I had not ordered white meat, and would have to pay more. I told him to forget it, and give me my money back. And, that's what he did. I still have the drink and cole slaw. I threw out the cole slaw, and am having the drink right now. If you are the owner of this franchise, you have hired the wrong person as a manager. This guy needs to learn not argue with a customer. You lost money on this deal, and not only will I never return here, but will tell everyone I know in Enterprise to avoid this place. Why would this guy make me wait for white meat for 8 minutes, and then argue after having to walk all the way back from the hotel, that I never ordered what I specifically ordered.
