This is one of my favorite spots. Everything on the menu is great! My wife likes the catfish poboy. I prefer the grilled fish sandwich. The sliders or regular hamburgers are also great. All meals are supersized so be prepared to share. Fries are fresh cut and awesome. The owner is usually on site and very nice and friendly. We drive down from Greystone area once a week or so.

I was a little surprised pulling in to the Chevron station then spending $60 on burgers. We had the Zydeco, Reg Burger, children sliders and cheesesteak with loaded fries. Fries were great and had plenty of cheese and bacon with ranch side. Perfect. The zydeco was good. The onion rings just tasted like ore Ida rings out of a bag and I ended up removing them. The rest of the burger was good but not great. Everyone else seemed to like their food. I would say for the $60 with tip...... If you have a 5 guys or Mooyaa close....... Go with them. Cheaper and better burgers in my opinion. Again..... Not a bad place just overpriced gas station goods!

Best place in a gas station. Owner was very friendly. We had grilled fish and shrimp tacos. Both are excellent and flavorful. Will be back.

Was excited that chelsea was getting another restaurant. Had heard great things about the Chubbs in Alabaster. We have gone twice. First time got sliders. They were tiny patties and somewhat raw in the middle. The sauce that comes on the side is SPICY. Fries are extremely greasy. Second time opted for the chicken tenders and fries-both extremely greasy- could not even eat them. My husband got the $15 Vulcan po boy and it was very average. Gave it two tries, but unfortunately will not be back.
