Pretty awful service, that's as far as we got. We came in and the woman told us to seat ourselves and she would be right with us. There was only one other table in there and they were leaving as we came in. The salad bar looked terrible. The waitress never came to our table. We waited 10 minutes, no water, no visit to the table, nothing. We went and got our own menus, as people were walking in and picking up to-go orders. After another 10 of looking through the menu with still no visit from the waitress we decided to leave. On our way out the waitress was standing at the front sorting forks and still didn't acknowledge us. Terrible.

This is quite possibly the worst Italian restaurant in history, and it's definitely the worst restaurant in Juneau. The food is barely edible. The service is awful. I ate there once and every time I passed by the place after that I would cringe at the sight of it.

Two visits were enough for me. In summary, food came out scalding hot, service was unfriendly, and prices were high even for Juneau standards. Their pizza was ehhh okay. At least the crust tasted homemade - a bit on the yeasty side though. The place had a depressing atmosphere. Whether being seated at a table in the sunroom or a dimly lit booth, I felt like I was dining in a stranger's house. Avoid. There are other places in the area that easily serve better pizza let alone Italian.

This is our favorite pizza in juneau. Very friendly and accommodating to us and the kids, good takeout and variety in the menu. Nice crust and sauce. Saladbar is as good as anywhere else in town. Their green vinegarette is very good

Its a toss up between 2 and 3 stars. The pizza was very good with the crust being thick and kinda doughy, which i like. But the salad bar wasn't worth the $$ and the overall price for the dinner was waaaaaay to much. It's pizza! The place was ehh and i don't think I'd go out of my way to go back here again. There was a McDonald's right down the road that I'd go to first.
